Friendship needed to maintain only can last long. But it takes two ways interactions too. I am just talking that everyone living their own life now, or busy their business, or simply don't have common topic to talk. and just the relationship faded away.
For once I kept blaming on those but now I think I am relieved. Keeping the long pasted memories aren't the best you can do. Instead I will be learning to live on the moments now. Appreciate everything around. Tomorrow will be the last events from the activity I am joining. Maybe the last one for this semester too. Planning not to let myself over burden again. (Somehow I always said the last but ended up join another upcoming one. At least so far I don't have any la.)
Now is the 5th week after semester reopen, mid term test are all coming one by one, just dead for food processing and Thursday will have management test. What I am enjoying the most until now is non other than lab class. We have food processing and preservation now. Hmm, although I miss the moment of lab in Thailand. Miss the food we made in the lab: Kimchi, Dragon Fruit Jam, Tau-hu, Soy milk, Yogurt, Pineapple Juice, Meat Ball, etc. The best with after the lab we can enjoy the product!!
Now with the processing and preservation lab we can have chance to bring back also but so far? We bring back a bottle of Thai chili sauce from the lab and to be finish within 5 days really a crazy stuff for us. As the bottle is not enough for the others to do theirs. >.<
I had even brought it to the BBQ section, and only half is gone. =="
And last week, we learnt the drying process which is one of the traditional preservation method.
Too bad the product cannot be eaten after drying. (Potato ny)
Anyway, I am looking forward to the remaining classes!!! Tomorrow will be Surimi making. You know what is Surimi?? Google it and you will find out that it actually appears a lot in daily life!!!
I am also facing this term from the beginning of semester until now. Just had the test for today about it. Half dead but an interesting topic. Will learn more once I am free from other activities.
Time to get started my studies after tomorrow events. Time to move forward to archive my unknown targets (I am blur but I know I am moving forward!! haha)
To make it short, these are overall the events I am joining since come back from holiday~~
2nd Sept:
Pantai Kerachut, Teluk Bahang.
Love the hiking towards the beach.
But first time entered the sea and play.
Crazy but the end result everyone got darken.

2nd October, The event that mainly in-charged by us,
