Live only Once, Don't Waste Your Time and Efforts.

I am just an ordinary person, who is always wasting time on Facebook, drama and games. But just wanted to relieve my disappointment today after attend a talk in the campus.

It is a career talk by three invited VIPs from the health industries to talk about the career. I am somehow just curious and go for the talk, knew that it has got "myCSD" but it ain't my business for that. Get a bit of frustrated when listen to the term. It is simply a technique to encourages students to join events. Everything initially beneficial become worst. The hall is totally unexpected full today. Even the survey form they had also is insufficient as the people attend is out of expectation.

May be it is everyone's worries of unable to get to stay in hostel the next academic year. Alright, that doesn't really matter. Everyone come here for a reason.

The worst situation arise after the forum starts. A lot of people kept talking with their friends, even the second row just behind us. The speakers were sharing their experiences, thoughts, how they get into the field although they came from different educational backgrounds, what they expected from the fresh graduates and how they hire them. All might not be a formal talk (which I think it would be much boring for a talk), and it might not be really helps in your future. But still there is knowledge it might helps in the future, somewhere sometimes. You never know.

It is hard to tell others your planning for the future. But after all you have gone through, the life, is yourself to judge it whether you have fully filled it.
Explores everything that you can, never stop learning, and find your patience in life. If not, it is just a waste of life. Enter local universities, not getting your first choice is not why you choose to be the loser. Every path has got the winner on top, whether you are able to overcome all the obstacles and strikes the targets.
Soft skills are indeed another key point, which it shows the failure today. Effective communication involved two way interaction, at least the respect to the speakers, sit down quietly and listen. We are the university students, why are we doing things like that.

And for those who make noises in the hall, pity for them, despite of attending only for the sake of co-curriculum points for hostel next academic year, they have wasted their lovely day of doing other beneficial tasks, they have wasted a lot of useful information, they have wasted my good mood of listening to the forum, ish..

Also, the speaker had point out that she met fresh graduate that request for a different job field than what he/she studied, simply because that course is under scholar or simply the parents say so. Another pity case that life is wasted. For me, there is simply how you make your choice in life. There is a lot of different path you can take to achieve your goal, but in a correct way. Every year there are people appeal for not getting offer, and yet there are also a lot who get the offer but not so happily and still accept the "fate". At least, change the "fate" into your interest, or else you are just torturing yourself along the journey. It simply not the meaning of LIFE.
