So what is on today? Simply got myself too lazy to touch any book again. Just maybe half an hour time to off my laptop and try on the tutorial just now. And that's all. @@.
The beginning of third week for the semester, 12 more to go. Not too short and yet not so long also. I should be getting myself to enter something to the brain but all full with activities.
Let's talk about the courses I am taking this semester, 19 credits hours.
This semester we are here just started the really related subjects for food technologist to do.
Previously is still the introductory and only the analysis and microbial part.
Now, the Food Processing Technology and Food Preservation Principles are the main topics of the semester. Both carrying 4 units for lectures and then another 2 unit for our practical. Besides the starting to really learn something for food process, this is also the first time we got our full coursework marks for both the practical. (Advantages or disadvantages? Praying hard then)
And then another IEK papers indicates my only hope again for calculations paper. This time the Process Heat Transfers. Still in the Blur conditions now but I hope I can catch up soon!!!
Talk about minor, The introduction to management a little boring to me, too simple maybe? and yet seems like a lot to memorize. To make the matter worse, we don't have the lecture's notes. T.T.. Waiting for some kind people buy the textbook and let us photocopy then.~~~~ Waiting~~~~
So all together the 19 credits hours, Guess it is enough to make me crazy as I felt that a lot of knowledge is waiting for me ahead to digest them. By lucky or unlucky I m still on my way to busy with the activities going on. TWO weeks to kill 3 and left ONE more on the 10th. Pray hard for everything to be smooth then. Malimaliohm.... (Myself start to get crazy before everything become crazy) XD. Time for a bath and prepare for class at 8pm, at the same time praying after the bath the rains stop!!!
Updates of my wound from the charlie's love bite
It gets to heal after a clinical visit last Thursday.
Thanks for anyone who concerns.
