
I am a lazy pig that enjoy my bed so much this few days. Until a junior told me that he couldn't recognize me ad. >.< During holiday also my friend told me that I have gained weight. Even the customers who came to the shop say the same thing.
You can tell is for exercise and healthy, Or treat it as I am in need to keep fit. I have promise to do some exercise after I back to Penang. In fact, I always go for some sports e.g the most easy jogging to a little of relieving stress, swimming.
In Penang of course! Simply due to that I am over worked at home and also the availability of car is always the lazy excuse.
But in my opinion, the fats don't really come from food but the muscle that have been build earlier. =P Or maybe it can be the fault of CONSTIPATION? Haha..
And so now I have been back to sports again!!
Not yet enter the swimming pool so far. But I have come across the at least 3 years don't touch sports: Cycling. and another maybe come to 10 years don't play sports: the badminton.
Although it is the kind of kids playing styles with friends here. But still the sweats marked the body had working hard. Plus that we created new memories between us again? Haha. Those crazy and laughing like crazy stuffs. LOL.
Anyway, apart from that, besides busy for the activities, its really time for me to squeeze some time for the jogging and training my stamina too! Its officially two months left for the Penang Marathon to come again!!!
As another crazy marks on me again, half marathon= 21km is waiting for me ahead for the third time! Haha. Not aiming high, I just wish to complete the journey within the qualifying time. Wish me luck ya!!
