3rd Nov 2012

STRESS  UP again and again but aren't have the MOTIVATION to start study at all. Talk with mouth, lack of actions. I HATE feeling like this.

Besides study, MARATHON is just 2 weeks ahead. But now I am even lazy to walk, not to mention about training my stamina. >.< just to shout out by hoping that after that I can be alright and at least start to move a bit. 
Chong JiaoWei, this is your third time of half marathon in the lifetime, anytime could be the LAST one. So could you please go training MORE? Only TWO WEEKS is left, and if without training YOU GET READY and prepared for being OKU for another week then!!! 
There is no way to quit, aren't also there will be a way for shortcut, and what needed is to get the record nice and IMPROVING! Don't EVER get yourself of being downhill AGAIN!!!! 

You know what YOU should be doing NOW, to study well and also PREPARE for what is waiting ahead!! Since YOU have make the first steps to LEAVE HOME, it is your DUTY to GROW UP with NECESSARY, it is a MUST for you to STRIKES whatever within your RANGE. Don't ever GIVE UP when you not yet give it a TRY. YOU know your STRENGTH and you know best WHAT TO DO!!! 

I know there is too much thought in MIND that requires DECISION MAKING, but YOU know that there is a lot of them are of TIME DEPENDENT factor, So could YOU please just CONCENTRATE on what is IN FRONT?? NO POINT of thinking TOO FAR when YOU couldn't tell the EXACT ANSWER.  

OKAY, scolding myself enough today I guess. IT is 12pm now @3rd Nov 2012. Time to start working PERHAPS!!

I should keep this phrase in MIND!!!
